Who can benefit from Angelic Reiki treatments?

How should I prepare for my first treatment?
I suggest to refrain from caffeine, sugar or alcohol at least three before a session. If you are receiving remote session, refrain from these during the session as well. Avoid having a heavy meal before the session.
Wear comfortable clothing during an in-person session as you will be laying on a massage table with linens and blankets. For a remote session find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.
I also advise clients to think about any intentions you have for the session but these can be discussed further during your consultation.
What should I expect from my first session?
During a reiki session clients may feel waves of subtle energy moving through their body. clients have also reported feeling a heat or coolness from my hands. Some clients have shared that they have also seen comforting colours and visions. while these are all normal responses, it is also common to 'feel' nothing during a session, but still be left with a sense of deep relaxation, overall wellbeing and peace. it is important to remember that Reiki Healing works on all levels, so even thought there may be no 'physical' sensation, the energy works on a deep emotional or spiritual level.
